Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-14 · Last updated July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Tee Time Master (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an automated tee-time booking service that acts on your instructions to book tee times on your own golf-course accounts. By creating an account, connecting a course login, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.

2. What the Service does

You tell us which tee-time windows you want (a "Watch"). We monitor the relevant course booking system and, when a matching slot opens, attempt to book it on your own course account using the login credentials you provide. We are a software tool acting on your behalf — we are not a broker, reseller, or agent of any golf course, and we do not hold, resell, or transfer tee times.

3. Authorization & agency

When you connect a course login, you authorize us to access that account and to book, and where you request it cancel, tee times on your behalf, using your stored credentials. This authorization is limited to operating the Service for you and continues until you disconnect the account or close your account. You may revoke it at any time by disconnecting the course account, after which your stored credentials are deleted.

4. Own-account only; no resale or hoarding

You represent and warrant that any course account you connect belongs to you and that you are permitted to use it and to authorize us to act on it. You may not use the Service to book on someone else's account, to broker, resell, transfer, or auction tee times, or to hoard inventory. To keep access fair, we apply anti-monopoly limits (for example, caps on contested wins per day/week and one active booking per booking window) and a fairness "Arbiter" when multiple of our users want the same slot.

5. Respect for course systems; no guarantee

We operate above-board. Where a course uses a hard anti-automation measure (such as a CAPTCHA, two-factor step, or identity check), we do not attempt to defeat it — we stop the automated booking and simply alert you so you can book manually. You remain responsible for complying with each course's own terms of use. The Service does not guarantee that any particular tee time will be secured; availability, pricing, and course rules are outside our control.

6. Fees & payments

Your first successful booking is free. After that, we charge a flat $5 service fee per successful booking, with no monthly fee. This service fee is separate from any green fees, cart fees, or other amounts the course charges — those are paid to the course under the course's terms (often at the course). You authorize us to charge the service fee to your payment method on file each time we successfully book on your behalf. Cancellations: if you cancel a booking, the $5 service fee for that booking is non-refundable (we performed the booking), except where required by law or at our discretion. If a charge fails, we may retry, pause auto-booking, or suspend the Service until payment is resolved.

7. Communications & consent

By providing your email and/or phone number and enabling alerts, you consent to receive transactional and service messages (for example, match and booking notifications) by email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and manage email/SMS preferences in your account; some essential service messages may still be sent.

8. Your credentials & security

Course credentials you provide are encrypted at rest and used only to operate the Service on your own account. We log only a non-reversible fingerprint of a credential for auditing — never the secret itself, and never your password or full card number. When you disconnect a course account, the stored credentials are deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law or a course's terms; connecting an account you don't own or lack permission to use; reselling or transferring bookings; interfering with or overloading any system; or attempting to circumvent our fairness, security, or anti-abuse controls.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tee time will be booked or held.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost tee times, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights (including a course's terms), except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.

13. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect users or a course, or if payment fails. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new version date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Each connected course account records the version you accepted at the time of connection.

15. Governing law & disputes

[To be finalized with counsel.] These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tee Time Master is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally; any remaining dispute will be resolved in the courts (or by arbitration, if elected) located in that jurisdiction.
